The element was made with the use of progressive bending with Multi-Slide technology (Automotive,household appliances) of S235 – fi8.0 material. Bending capability in range of 2-13 mm. Possibility of embossing,threading,chamfering, drilling so as welding of the element. To run the batch we had to design and produce special tooling (the cost of getting the toolings reached 7000€ and took 3 months).Bending, forging and rifling is done in one machining cycle up to 600 pcs / hour.The production process of the element lasted 5 weeks and ended up with 50,000 pieces.
