Starting from highly developed creative section, through ambitious technology department, ending up on extensive production abilities we implement ambitious POS projects to the market. About Us

We manufacture POS systems and shop fitting equipment for both polish and foreign significant brands & retail chains for over 20 years. The production process takes place in a facility of 5200 m², with 200 employees involved in.

We are able to lead mass production thanks to our specially optimized technology. We own production lines adapted to process production made especially for each orders. Our machine park is based mainly on CNC machines, what allow us to be more flexible and reach shorter changeover times when fulfilling small and tigh deadline orders.

Our implementation section is a team of a dozen or so constructors and technologists. This team is able to realize around 150 projects at one time (including small &quite quick orders, mediocres &highly-reproducible ones and enormous & high volume individual ones aswell).

Diverse offer

We design and manufacture various types of display systems (Point of Sale) such as: advertising stands, stands, displays and counter displays. We recommend the whole series of floor, counter, hanging, gravity feeders, as well as other small POS elements. Our portfolio includes both simple displays and complex, fully professional, modular shop-in-shop display shelving systems. Store equipment elements such as hooks, hangers, shelves, shelf endings and many other solutions that we produce mainly for companies equipping discount chains stores and supermarkets are our strenght. We manufacture our products basing on our own designs or patterns and documentation provided by our customers.

Our clients are mainly known global and Polish corporations, which are constantly introducing new products to the market, basing on broadly understood POS systems. We also have a large group of clients, which consist of medium-sized Polish companies and advertising agencies, with the help of which we supply advertising stands to other companies. For a long time, ELDRUT has also been a general subcontractor for many leading brands specializing in furnishing stores, discount stores and supersams.

Three times the title of Quality of the Year (2010, 2011,2013), whose patron is the Polish Institute of Testing and Certification – they gave us the highest honorable mention – the Quality of the Year GOLD. Eldrut was also awarded by the most prestigious prize on the regional market – Subcarpathian Economic Award in 2014 and 2016. In 2017 we were honored as an employer and socially active company receiving the Fair Play Enterprise award.

Design office

We have our own creative team made up of visual artists and computer graphic designers. Another unquestionable advantage is our well-developed construction team created by experienced constructors and technologists. Our solutions and ideas are widely recognised in the store equipment industry and among companies which we are cooperating with in the market of POS advertising stands . We also achieved many proprietary ”know how” solutions thanks to which we have become a pioneer in many areas of the industry.

Our own prototype workshop

We start each order realization, with prototype pieces of products, on the basis of which, together with the client, the details of the final shape of racks or shop furniture are worked out. We have our own large, well-equipped prototype workshop, in which we are able to produce trial versions of stands, racks or displays quickly and comprehensively.

Production

Production takes place under the meticulous supervision of quality controllers, who carefully look at each batch of made articles. They also take part in systematic assembly checks. Large production areas help us to plan and arrange production lines conveniently, making it easy for us to control the level of productiveness , and each stage of realization in terms of timed delivery .Particularly noteworthy is the entire technological base, which is based on the latest technologies, which we obtained thanks to the EU funds. We are able to do all the work related to processing and finishing steel elements, what eliminates additional costs of subcontractors services and significantly shortens the lead time.

Comprehensive technologies

Our exhibition stands, stands, displays and shop equipment elements are designed mainly from metal, but we also use materials such as plastics, glass or wood. Properly selected materials beget excellent visual and practical harmony when displaying more luxurious products. Cheaper displays are designed of steel materials in general. We use the most modern devices and machines available on the market in the production proces. In addition, we are constantly optimizing our production lines, what makes us capable of realizing very large orders in an extraordinarily short period of time.

EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES

Production of high quality products came out as a result of many years of experience in working with steel, a qualified team of highly committed employees and constant modernization of technological facilities. 2D / 3D wire bending, laser cutting of sheet metal, multi-point welding, perforating profiles and sheets, TIG and MIG welding, powder coating –that’s , partially what we do in ELDRUT. Without them, we would not be able to cope the highest and most unusual requirements of our clients .
