Pipes/tubes and profiles bending

The range of services offered by ELDRUT also includes bending pipes and profiles. Bending process is a permanent change in the curvature of the produced element. In this process, some of the material’s fibers stretch and some are compressed. To be efficient in a bending process of pipes and profiles, it is important to choose right parameters for the entire process.

We may also carry out specialized forming of pipes and profiles thanks to the use of manufactured tools dedicated for unusual bends of various elements. It is also possible to flatten profiles and pipes or cut them to achieve the required shape at the end of the forming process.

The maximum range of bending pipes and profiles is 6000 mm with a diameter of Φ60 (for pipes) and width up to 60 mm (for profiles). We cut the ends to achieve the desired length in the production process.
