The Sushimat vending machine is a simple and economical solution for self-service 24/7 purchase of sushi sets that are becoming more and more popular. Customers can choose the sushi set they need on the screen, make a payment (using a payment card, RFID cards, pre-paid cards, QR codes) and pick up the order. The temperature in the storage space is controlled and regulated in the range of 0-12 degrees Celsius. The machine has a modular structure – it is possible to expand with any number of memory modules. The vending machine has an on-line remote monitoring system of all device parameters together with sales statistics.
